Digiscoping Weekend

21st to 23rd November at the Holiday Inn, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire UK.

The very last few places for this pioneering weekend are available right now - but you`ll need to be quick off the mark if you don`t want to miss out! If you are too late talk to Paul Hackett live on the Birdforum at 8.00pm on Tuesday night [11th Nov 03]. The weekend will start from 8pm on Friday 21st with a complimentary drinks and buffet reception hosted by Carl Zeiss UK Ltd, and a chance to meet Andy Bright & Paul Hackett, who will be your tutors and guides for the weekend. They are acknowledged as the UKs leading digiscoping experts.

The next day, Saturday 22nd, starts after breakfast in the conference room suite at 9:30 AM. Coffee, Tea, and pastries will be served at 11:00. Coaches will arrive at 11:30 to take the group to Tring Reservoirs, or an alternative reserve if the weather is too bad. The group returns to the conference suite at 3:30 PM, for more instruction, Tea, coffee etc. The day finishes at 5PM.

Sunday 23rd, we depart by coach at 9:30 for more practical instruction in the field, returning after lunch to the conference room to resume the theory class which includes downloading your weekends pictures onto computers and for practical instruction. The weekend will finish at 5PM.The total cost for this weekend is ?220 per person, which is inclusive of 2 nights accommodation at the Holiday Inn, Aston Clinton Road, Aylesbury, Bucks. The hotel is situated conveniently on the A41, with easy access from the M25 [30 mins], M40 [40 mins]. The Holiday Inn is a top quality hotel, with many facilities for your use, including an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, bar and lounge, as well as ample parking. Every room is either a twin or double, with en-suite bathrooms and satellite TV. Also included in the price is breakfast, a packed lunch and a 3 course dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday, as well as refreshments on both days, full course and tuition fees.
