Britain`s oldest bird is 50!

The national bird ringing scheme reveals that a Manx shearwater has been flying between the British Isles and South America for half a century - and is thought to have flown five million miles! The bird is part of the colony on Bardsey off the Lleyn peninsula, North Wales.
